Why can’t I access Moss from certain countries?

Moss may not be accessible from certain countries or territories due to legal and compliance requirements.

If you are trying to log in or use Moss from a restricted region, you may see a message like: “Service unavailable in your region”

What does this mean?

Access to the Moss platform (web and mobile) is limited in some regions to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

This restriction applies to:

  • Logging into your account

  • Using the Moss web app or mobile app

  • Signing up for Moss

Which regions are affected?

Access is currently restricted from the following countries and territories:

  • Belarus

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Kazakhstan

  • Myanmar

  • Nicaragua

  • Palestine (Gaza Strip / West Bank)

  • Russia

  • Sudan

  • Syria

  • Ukraine (including Crimea)

  • Venezuela

What can I do?

If you are traveling or temporarily located in one of these regions:

  • You will not be able to access Moss until you are back in a supported country
