When reviewing an expense or approval request, the impact on the relevant budget is clearly shown. This helps approvers make informed decisions and track actual spend versus budget in real time.

Email notifications
At the end of each month, Admins, Accountants, and Budget Managers receive an email report showing the status of all budgets relevant to them.
When a budget reaches 80% utilisation, an email notification is sent to the relevant Admins, Accountants, and Budget Managers.
When a budget reaches 100% utilisation, an email notification is sent to the relevant Admins, Accountants, and Budget Managers.
Individual users can disable budget-related email notifications in the web app.
