Q: Can normal users view and enter accounting details by themselves?
Yes, normal users are able to enter accounting details by themselves.
To do this, you need to:
Login to Moss > go to "Invoices".
"Invoice setup"
Set the option "Submitters can view and add invoices details" to your preferred setting.
This can always be altered if you want to reverse the option.
