Who can view a Statement

Only Admins are able to view and access a Statement.

How to access and download a Statement

  1. Login to Moss

  2. Go to “Wallets” > open the “Statements” tab

  3. Click on the month for which you would like to download the statement and select a download option.

If you want to create a custom Statement, you can do so by following the below instructions:

  1. Click on “Get custom statement” in the upper right corner.

  2. Select a provided date range or create a custom period. Then, select the download format for your statement.

  3. Click on “Get statement” and the statement will automatically start downloading.

How exactly does the statement cycle work?

Depending on which product type (Debit/Credit) you are using, your statements cycle will differ. Your cycle also depends on which date of the month you became a Moss customer.

What is the statement cycle for debit customers?

The statement cycle for debit customers is always from the 1st day until the last day of the month, as any amount gets deducted instantly from their Moss account.

What is the statement cycle for credit customers?

The statement cycle for credit customers depends on the date of your first activation. The cadence day chosen is the closest one going backward. Possible cadence days are the 6th (statement cycle 6th until 5th), 13th (statement cycle 13th until 12th), 21st (statement cycle 21st until 10th), and 29th (statement cycle 29th until 28th).

Change the statement cycle

Please request such a change from your Customer Success Manager or the customer support under support@getmoss.com. If your current statement cycle is from the 13th until the 12th, and you would like to switch to the 6th until the 5th of each month, the change will look as follows:

  • In the current month, it is from the 13th until the 12th

  • In the next month, it is from the 13th until the 5th

  • And finally, your new statement period is the 6th until the 5th in the third month
