What is an audit log?
An audit log is like a diary for each expense. It shows who did what, and when, so you always have the full story of how a transaction was handled. This makes it easier to prepare for audits, answer questions quickly, and show that your controls are strong.
Where can I find the audit log?
In Moss: You can download an audit log (PDF) directly from the "Comments & Activity" section of any expense.
In your accounting software: Every expense you export to your accounting system will automatically include its audit log as an attachment. You don’t need to turn anything on, it’s built in.
