What your Moss Implementation will look like

Setting up a new spend management platform for your company can be a bit intimidating; however, at Moss, we are committed to providing you with the necessary support to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Typically our customers complete their implementation in three phases:

  • Implementation kick-off

  • Platform setup

  • Module & pre-accounting optimisation

At the beginning of each phase, your Customer Success Manager will have a video call with you to explain the to-do's and perform implementation tasks together. This page is meant to provide an overview of the entire implementation process and serve as a checklist to make sure you have not missed any critical steps in each phase.

Implementation Kick-off

The goal of this phase is to lay out the implementation journey with you and make sure you have gathered all information you need to complete the following phases.

To-dos in this phase:

    • Any colleague who will have the role of a team lead

    • An accountant with admin rights to the accounting system (internal or external)

  • Confirm that the accountant has access to your accounting system

  • The accountant to create Moss-specific booking accounts on accounting software

  • Perform an accounting platform connection test

Platform Setup
