Q: My admin sent out an invitation mail, however I never received one. What can I do?


This problem can occur when the email ends up in the spam account or if your email was bounced or blocked. First, please check your spam account. If you can't find the email there, don't hesitate to get in touch with the support. Please mention the following details:
