How do I know whether my referral was successful?

We will contact you directly by e-mail as soon as your referral has been successful. We will then take care of your voucher payment immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot inform you about the current status of your referral during the sales process. If you are interested in details, please ask your referral directly.


How do I receive my voucher?

Once a referral has been successful, you will receive an email with your PayPal voucher - it's that simple! You will also be able to track all your successful referrals in app as well.

Important: you are responsible for the proper taxation of your voucher.


How exactly can I refer Moss?

You can refer Moss to a potential new customer by sharing your personal referral link. You can find your personal referral link by clicking on the gift icon in the main menu panel.

The menu item is called "Earn" Once you press this button, a dialogue box will appear with multiple methods for sharing your referral link.
