Anyone who's able to see the details of the transaction (the spender, their team lead, accountants and admins)

If an expense was assigned to a budget and you no longer want it to be deducted from that budget, you can easily remove it from the expense drawer.

You will see a Budgets section on each card transaction and invoice drawer. Here you can remove any assigned budget. Click on the x icon when you hover on the budget you want to remove.
