Enable payments from your Moss wallet
Note: Pay with Moss is enabled by default for all UK customers. For EEA customers it requires the setup process described below.
Set up Pay with Moss
Set up Pay with Moss to start making payments from your Moss wallet.
Go to the "Payments" section in your Settings. Here, clicking "Setup Pay with Moss" will start the onboarding process.
The next step will be for the legal representative(s) of your organisation to accept the required Terms and Conditions of Pay with Moss. They will receive an email with a dedicated link for acceptance.
Once the T&Cs for Pay with Moss have been accepted, you'll receive a confirmation via email when you're ready to get started. You can also configure whether you want to pay for reimbursements, invoices, or both.
4-eyes principle for payment authorisation
Security when handling balances and payments is essential, not only to minimise errors but also to prevent fraud. That's why 4EP is enabled by default for payments, providing an added layer of security where two admins are required to authorise a payment before its initiation or scheduling.
Disabling 4-eyes principle authorisation
Only an admin user can request 4EP to be disabled by another admin, and confirm this action with 2FA.
The second admin can then see the request on the "Payment Settings" page, and proceed with reviewing it and confirming it with one last 2FA.
Having set up Pay with Moss, you're now ready to start paying supplier invoices and employee reimbursements directly from your Moss wallet.
By following this guide, you're on your way to managing your company's payments more efficiently and securely. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
