Why did we introduce the Booking Text Field when splitting transactions?

The Booking Text Field was introduced to address issues related to managing transactions with multiple invoices. For example, Travel Perk often combines different invoices (train, hotel, flight) into a single transaction, making it difficult to accurately manage invoice numbers when splitting transactions. Additionally, accounting systems have field restrictions, leading to incomplete or truncated data. The new field eliminates these problems by improving the accuracy and transparency of the data.

How do I add an invoice number to the Booking Text Field?

When entering or editing reimbursement, card transaction or invoice, during the splitting, you will find the Booking Text Field in the section of each transaction line. Enter the appropriate invoice number or other relevant information into this field for each line.

How is the Booking Text Field exported to my accounting system?
