Who can enable email suppliers for Outlook
Only the administrator of your organisation's Outlook Workspace account can enable the inbox for emailing suppliers. Inboxes will only have permission to send emails on your behalf. We will not be able to access any other MS Applications (e.g. OneDrive, Calendar etc.)
Once the Workspace has been enabled, a Moss Admin has to connect the receipt finder to their Moss platform.
How to enable the inbox for emailing suppliers
Emailing suppliers allows you to send messages to your suppliers directly from Moss.
In order for it to work you need, it needs access to your Outlook account within your organisation. You will need to whitelist the supplier email application on your Microsoft Outlook Console by following the steps outlined below.
If you are unsure who the Global Azure Administrator is, you can check the roles and administrators in the Azure portal.
Login to the Azure portal
Select “Azure Active Directory” on the left side
Select “Roles and administrators” to see the list.
Search for the role “Global administrator” to see the relevant person.
Granting Admin Consent
In your Web browser, navigate to the link: https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/adminconsent?client_id=8977680e-3434-469a-a723-a1b395e07f99

Review the consent screen and click on the ‘Accept’ button to complete the process.
Once you have granted the permissions to our app, an admin in Moss will be able to connect email addresses to send emails from.
If your users are still struggling to authenticate the app, they may be using a legacy API which we do not support. Please review this Microsoft Blog article and work with your users to make the changes.
