Note: To invite another Admin to the platform you need to send an email to support@getmoss.com
Go to User management in the side navigation
In the right corner, select Invite users:
In the menu, you will see multiple options to invite new users:
Select from your HR system (if you have connected it)
Sharing an invitation magic link
Go to User management and click Invite users
Click Share an invitation magic link
Copy the link in the highlighted box:
You can now share this link with your employees so they can complete their signup on their own.
Note: Invitation links are only valid for 10 days and can only be used with email addresses with your company's domain for security purposes.
Selecting from your HR system
Go to User management and click Invite users
Click Select from your HR system:
Choose your HR system from the list
Grant access to retrieve the necessary data fields
Enter your HR system’s API key (please ask your admin to retrieve the API key from the HR system)
Select that all employees from the imported list are invited to Moss
Click Send Invites
The invited people should receive an invitation email soon afterwards.
Provide email addresses
Go to User management and select Invite users.
Select Provide email address:
Select the role for the employee(s)
Choose Manually type email:
Enter one or more email addresses into the input field. You can hit "Enter" or "," to provide an additional email address.
Click Send invitation
The invited people should receive an invitation email soon afterwards.
Upload a CSV file to bulk invite users
Go to User management and click Invite users
Choose Provide email address:
Select the role for the employee(s)
Choose Upload email list.
Click Upload a file and choose a .csv or .txt file that contains your employees’ email addresses
Click Send invitation
The invited people should receive an invitation email soon afterwards.

FAQs
How do i know what role to give to the people i am inviting?
Admins have full access to Moss so make sure you only give the role to people who are supposed to have access to everything.
Employees can request and use cards as well as handing in invoices and reimbursements.
External Accountants can set up the accounting structure and export transactions, invoices and reimbursements.
Internal Accountants have the same possibilities as external accountants as well as requesting and using cards.
Who can invite users?
Only Admins can invite new people to the Moss platform. They can then decide what role to give them.
