FAQs

Can I use other 2-factor authentication methods to login to Moss?

Yes, you can use our mobile app for 2-factor authentication. Download it on your App Store by searching for "Moss". Learn how to set up mobile authentication here

Why do I need to enter my phone number?

I order to login into your Moss account you need to do a two factor authentication - a second step to make sure nobody can enter your account. This is done over your phone number, meaning you can't login to Moss if you didn't enter a phone number.
