How to add users to a second entity


You can create a multi-entity user by inviting a new user to the second organization using the same email they already use at Moss. When a new user is invited using an existing email at another organisation, this triggers the registration for a multi-entity user. So once you activate the account via the invite link in the mail, you can use a single email and password to log in to both accounts. Additionally, you can choose and switch between the accounts without having to enter 2-factor authentication repeatedly.


To complete this process, we recommend transferring the cards from the old- to the new multi-entity user and updating the new user's status. All admin users can do this in the card settings. Only virtual cards can be transferred; for physical cards, this is not possible. The old card will be terminated as soon as the old (non-multi entity) user account is deactivated, and the user needs to order a new card for his multi-entity account. The delivery currently takes 5-10 business days.
As soon as all settings and cards for the multi-entity user are set up, we would recommend deactivating the old user account.
