Who can enable the Receipt Finder for their Moss account?


Anybody with a Gmail or Outlook account can enable the Moss receipt finder for their own Moss account if they want to use it. If this is not possible for you yet, get in touch with your Moss Administrator so they can enable the Moss Receipt Finder for your whole company.


How to enable the receipt finder for your own Moss account

If the steps do not yet work, contact your Moss administrator so that they can activate the Moss receipt finder for your entire company.

  1. Go to “Settings” > "Receipt finder"

  2. Select the email provider you want to connect to (Gmail, Outlook)

  3. Follow the steps shown and connect with your email address

  4. As soon as you have logged in, the receipt finder is activated for you!
