Important: There will be a change in the existing DATEV connection to the new API, which is scheduled to happen on 31.03.2024.

Our team has developed a technical solution, so you can start the reconnection process in advance, allowing for a smooth and seamless transition for your team.

Please note:

  • The interface to DATEV DUO has not changed and after re-connecting DATEV everything will work as before.

  • No changes are applied to the way we export or the way data is processed in DATEV.

  • The migration is purely technical and requires a reconnect to make sure the connection is still authorized on the new DATEV API.

Action needed - what you need to do before 31.03.2024:

  1. Disconnect your existing Moss <> DATEV connection:

    • Login to Moss.

    • From the sidebar - Go to the Accounting section.

    • In the Accounting integration tab, click “Disconnect from Datev Unternehmen Online”.

  2. Once disconnected, from the same section:

    • please be aware that DATEV can only be reconnected by an employee with sufficient DATEV user rights

    • click “Connect to Accounting System '' select “DATEV” and follow the on screen instructions.

We strongly recommend starting the migration before 31.03.2024, as we cannot guarantee that the previous Moss <> DATEV integration will remain operational.
