You can attach supporting documents directly to any invoice in Moss. These can be timesheets, delivery notes, contracts, and other documents, as long as they are in one of the supported formats. This gives finance teams and approvers quick access to all relevant context, enabling faster and more confident decisions.
All attached documents are also included in the export to your accounting system - keeping everything stored together and audit-ready, with no need to track down files later.
Who can upload documents
Anyone with access to an invoice can:
Upload one or more supporting files
Preview, download, replace, or remove attachments before export
How to upload documents
Open the invoice
Scroll down to "Attachments"
Click "Upload file"
Select your file (PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or XML)
Your files will appear as attachments below the invoice file.
