01: What types of businesses are eligible to apply for credit?
Businesses eligible to apply for credit include established companies, and startups (or new ventures). We currently serve businesses based in Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Approval is also subject to adherence to our internal credit check policies.
02: What type of credit products does Moss offer?
If eligible, your business can have a credit limit giving you access to funds as needed and you can reuse your available balance once you repay fully. Flexible repayment options are available—choose daily, weekly, or monthly payments to match your business needs.
03: How much credit can my business qualify for?
During the application process, you'll be prompted to enter your desired credit limit. While this amount will be taken into consideration, the final credit limit depends on several factors, including your company’s financial performance, credit history, and overall risk profile. Each application is assessed individually, and the credit limit is determined based on the outcome of this evaluation.
04: What information or documents are required during the application?
The required information and documents may vary depending on your business type (SMB or Venture) and the credit amount you are applying for. During the application, you will be invited to securely share your financial information, which can include for example : your most recent annual report, interim financial statements, open banking data.
05: How long does the approval process take?
If your application is complete and all required documents are received, you will typically receive a response within one business day.
06: Do I need collateral to get approved?
No, our credit lines are unsecured, meaning that no collateral is required for approval.
07: Once approved, how can I access my funds?
Once your application is approved, you can create your cards instantly or pay invoices and reimbursements directly from the Moss platform.
08: How can I pay my credit limit invoice ?
Repayments are made through a direct debit mandate.
