Moss offers two card products: Moss Debit and Moss Credit.
If your company is interested in switching to our credit product, there is a clear process to follow — summarized for you below.
1. Initial contact
If you're interested in Moss Credit, please contact one of two below:

In this conversation, we'll jointly assess whether your company meets the general requirements for the credit product and how a possible switch would proceed.
2. Activation for the switch
If it turns out that a switch is possible, the option "Apply for Moss Credit" will be activated in your Moss platform.
3. Submit your application via the platform
Once activated, you can start the application process directly:
Go to "Settings" > "Plan & Billing"
Click on the blue text "Apply for Moss Credit"
The application is done directly in the platform. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process and asked to provide all necessary information for the credit check, such as:
Company information
Most recent annual financial statement or BWA
Additional documentation, if required
4. Review & feedback
After your application is submitted, we will review your information.
Once the credit check is complete, we’ll get back to you with the result and, if applicable, the next steps to activate your Moss Credit Cards.
Important Notes
A switch is not automatic, but always subject to prior approval.
Existing transactions and data will be retained — you can continue working seamlessly.
