Admins can change cardholders for all cards, except physical cards.

All other users cannot change cardholders.

If you are an admin, you can change the cardholder for all cards within your company, except for physical cards. You can do this as follows:

Note: Physical cards are user-specific and cannot change cardholder. If you want another user to have an equivalent physical card, you would have to create / order a new physical card for that user.
