Q: Some cards are attached to the wrong user. What can I do?
Solution. In order to solve this issue, you can simply change the cardholder.
Context. This issue can occur if the person linked to a user account has been changed, as well as the account's e-mail address. This should only be done in special cases, as it can cause this issue if not executed properly. When you want to change the person linked to a user account, we recommend you to invite the new person to Moss as a new user. Afterwards, you can transfer cards & order a new physical card for the new user and lastly deactivate the old user if it is no longer needed.
