Q: I don't see the button to activate the card in the (web)app. What can I do?


Please walk through the following troubleshooting questions:

Q1: Are you the cardholder of the physical card?

If you are not the cardholder:

Only the cardholder can activate the physical card. Therefore, you cannot see the activation button or receive an error message when you are trying to activate the card for another user.

If you are indeed the cardholder:

This seems unusual. We will have to investigate further to find out if this is a bug. Please send the following information to the Moss support team (support@getmoss.com). We will come back to you within a business day.

  • Subject: "I don't see the button to activate the card in the (web)app. What can I do?"

  • Your company

  • Your user e-mail address

  • A screenshot of the card details page of the physical card that you are trying to activate. We use this to confirm that the activation button is indeed not shown to you.
