There is two methods for receiving a one time password (OTP) - via SMS or email. Check out below in case you don't receive your OTP.


Q: What happens if I don't receive an SMS with the OTP code?


If you don't receive the SMS with the OTP code, please follow the steps below:

  • Check to which phone number the code has been sent. The code will be sent to the phone number that you are using for Moss.

  • Make sure that you are not in roaming mode. If you are, turn off the roaming mode and try again.

  • Ensure that you can receive SMS messages from other sources. If you are unable to receive SMS from other sources, contact your service provider.

  • If you are able to receive SMS from other sources, click on the "Restart process" button to try again. This will resend the SMS with the OTP code.

  • If you are still unable to receive the SMS after three attempts, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Q: What happens if I don't receive an email with the OTP code?


If you don't receive an email with the OTP code, please follow the steps below:

  • Check to which email address the code has been sent. The code will be sent to the email address that you are using for Moss.

  • Wait for 5 minutes: The email may take a few minutes to arrive. Please wait for at least 5 minutes before trying again.

  • Try again: If you still haven't received the email after waiting for 5 minutes, please try requesting the OTP code again.

  • Contact Support: If you still haven't received the email after trying again, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
