There is two methods for receiving a one time password (OTP) - via SMS or email. Check out below in case you don't receive your OTP.
Q: What happens if I don't receive an SMS with the OTP code?
If you don't receive the SMS with the OTP code, please follow the steps below:
Check to which phone number the code has been sent. The code will be sent to the phone number that you are using for Moss.
Make sure that you are not in roaming mode. If you are, turn off the roaming mode and try again.
Ensure that you can receive SMS messages from other sources. If you are unable to receive SMS from other sources, contact your service provider.
If you are able to receive SMS from other sources, click on the "Restart process" button to try again. This will resend the SMS with the OTP code.
If you are still unable to receive the SMS after three attempts, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Q: What happens if I don't receive an email with the OTP code?
If you don't receive an email with the OTP code, please follow the steps below:
Check to which email address the code has been sent. The code will be sent to the email address that you are using for Moss.
Wait for 5 minutes: The email may take a few minutes to arrive. Please wait for at least 5 minutes before trying again.
Try again: If you still haven't received the email after waiting for 5 minutes, please try requesting the OTP code again.
Contact Support: If you still haven't received the email after trying again, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
