Card details can only be revealed by the cardholder.
Q2: Are you using add blockers or VPN that might block inline frames?
If you are using blockers or VPN, that might block inline frame:
Please deactivate the add blocker or VPN and try to load the data again. If it is loading now, please send a mail to us (support@getmoss.com) with the following details:
Subject: "Card Details blocked by add blocker or VPN"
your user e-mail
the add blocker or VPN provider that you are using
a screenshot of the error message
We will check what we can do from our side to unblock the content. We will come back to you within a business day.
If you not using blockers or VPN that might block inline frame:
This is unusual. Please wait a short moment to make sure that this is not a temporary glitch. If the error occurs again 15 minutes after your first try, please send a mail to us (support@getmoss.com) with the following details:
Subject: "Q: I receive an error message when I click on reveal card details. What can I do?"
