Q: I can't use open banking to add funds to my account. What can I do?

In the first step, you can use the ‘Deposit manually’ feature as a workaround.

Note: Be aware that open banking is not available in the Netherlands. You have to use the "deposit manually" option.

Afterwards, please contact the customer support under support@getmoss.com. In order to solve the issue as soon as possible, please provide the following details:

  • Subject: Deposit funds error

  • Name

  • Name of the company

  • Screenshot of the error message
