Q: I can't use open banking to add funds to my account. What can I do?

In the first step, you can use the ‘Deposit manually’ feature as a workaround.

Note

  • Be aware that open banking is not available in the Netherlands

  • If you are a German or UK business, some banks may not be supported

If open banking is not available for you, you can add funds to your Moss account by using the "deposit manually" option. This allows you to transfer funds from your business bank account to your Moss account.

Afterwards, please contact the customer support under support@getmoss.com. In order to solve the issue as soon as possible, please provide the following details:

  • Subject: Deposit funds error

  • Name

  • Name of the company

  • Screenshot of the error message
