Q: I can't use open banking to add funds to my account. What can I do?

You can use the ‘Deposit manually’ feature to top up your account with a bank transfer.

Note

  • Be aware that you can't use open banking to top up your Moss wallet in the Netherlands or the UK

  • If you are a German business, some banks may not be supported

If open banking is not available for you, you can add funds to your Moss account by using the "deposit manually" option. This allows you to transfer funds from your business bank account to your Moss account.

If you are a German business customer and experiencing technical issues topping up with open banking use the 'deposit manually' process first. Afterwards, please contact customer support under support@getmoss.com in order to solve your open banking issue as soon as possible. Please provide the following details:

  • Subject: Deposit funds error

  • Name

  • Name of the company

  • Screenshot of the error message
