How to change the billing email(s) and address

Who can change the billing email and address


The billing email(s) can only be updated by Admins.

The billing address cannot be changed by users or admins and only can be changed by customer support.

How to change the billing address


Change the billing email(s)

When the billing email is not specified, the invoice will be sent to all admins of your organisation.

  1. Open up Moss

  2. Go to "Settings"

  3. Click on "Plan & Billing"

  4. Under "Billing email address" you can click on "Edit billing email addresses"

  5. Enter all the emails that should receive the Moss invoice

Change the billing address

You need to contact customer support under support@getmoss.com. In order to change the billing address, we’ll need the following information:

  • Company Name

  • The ‘old' and the 'new' billing address

  • Official excerpt of the commercial register stating the name change
