Who can change a user email
The email address can’t be changed by users or admins. You’ll therefore need to contact the customer support.
How to change a user email
We need an Admin's approval to change your email. Ideally, your Moss admin will contact us directly with the details below.
Please contact customer support under support@getmoss.com and in order to change the email address, we’ll need the following information:
Company-name
Username
The 'old' and 'new' email address
