Who can change the password
Active users can change their own password.
Note: You cannot change the password of other users.
How to change your password
For active users
As an active user, you can change your own password. You can do this as follows:
Go to the Moss "Login" page in your browser and click on "Forgot?".
Enter your email address and confirm by clicking "Reset password".
You will receive an e-mail from "noreply@getmoss.com", with a link to reset your password. If you click on the link, you can set a new password and confirm via "Set password".
Afterwards, your password is reset and can be used to log in.
