Who can change a platform role
Only Admins are able to change the role of a user.

How to change a platform role
Open the Moss platform.
Select "User management" > Go to the tab "Users" > Select a user
Select the role you want to give the user
How to give users the "Admin" role
If you want another user to be an Admin, you need to reach out to us, so we can change their role. If the new Admin hasn't been invited yet, you need to invite them first and the account needs to be activated by them.
