Q: What happens if I don't have a phone number registered in the Moss platform


If you don't have a phone number registered in the Moss platform and you don’t have a paired device, here are the steps to follow:

  • Click on the "Mobile App" button at the top of the page and then “Configure mobile app”

  • On the next page, you'll see a field where you can enter your phone number.

  • Fill in your phone number and click on the "Save & Continue" button.

Otherwise, you can contact our customer support for assistance. We will help you complete the registration process by providing a phone number.
