Who can change your phone number
Only Admins are able to change phone number for themselves and others.
Please get in touch with a Moss Admin in your company.
How to change your phone number
Please be aware that you have to be an Admin and you need to use mobile authentication/Moss app to change a phone number.
Follow these steps to change a phone number:
Go to "User management" > "Users" > select an employee
Hover over the phone number in the sidebar and click on it to edit the field
Enter the new phone number
Confirm the action via mobile authentication. Your app will send you a notification which you have to approve.
The phone number has been successfully changed
If you don't use mobile authentication
To change your phone number without using mobile authentication, you need to contact us at Moss under support@getmoss.com
To speed up the process, please provide us with:
the employee's name / your name
the old phone number
the new phone number
a confirmation by your Admin (not needed when an Admin is making the request for somebody)
