Who can add a new company account
Only Admins have the authority and means to add a new company account to Moss.
How to add a new company account
Login to Moss
Click on your organization name in the top left corner > "Add a company"
Follow the application process and fill everything out
Once we have reviewed your application, you will be notified and can start using your second entity.
Where can I find the second organisation?
Once you have set up another orginasation you can switch between at any time. To switch, click on the name of your currently selected orginisation, that is always being displayed in the top left corner. By clicking on the organisation’s name, you’ll be able to choose other organisations from the drop-down menu.
Do I need to do anything else besides inviting the user to the second organisation?
No, this is the only thing you need to do. It is very important that the same email address is used. If this is the case, our system will do everything else automatically.
I already have access to two accounts. How can I connect them, in order to use the multi-entity set-up?
You can’t connect two already existing accounts in a multi-entity set-up. To use a two-entity set-up, you’ll need to create a second account using the same email address you are already using in the other organization.
We recommend comparing both accounts and deciding based on the more important physical cards. With the help of an admin, you can transfer all virtual cards before deleting your account and move them back as soon as the multi-entity set-up is on track.
