Who can change the VAT number
You cannot change your VAT number by yourself. Only customer support can change this information for you.
How to change the VAT number
We have to validate that the new VAT number you send us is correct to make sure everything is legal. We will then change the VAT number for you.
To change your VAT number, contact Customer Support under support@getmoss.com.
In order to do so, please provide us with the following information:
Company Name
The old and new VAT number
