Who can log in to Moss with SSO and an existing Moss account


Anyone can log in to Moss with SSO even if they already created an account with Moss. SSO simply needs to be enabled and then you can use it to log in to Moss.

How to log in to Moss with an existing Moss account


First, your company needs to enable SSO for your Moss platform. Once this is done, your old login data and SSO login data will be merged together, and you will be able to access your old data with SSO.

Existing users can log in to Moss via the login page. There they have to click on the SSO button.

If no SSO session is created yet on the device they are currently using, the Microsoft or Google login screen will be shown to the user.

  1. Open the login screen > “Sign in with Single Sign On”.

  2. Type in your company email > “Sign in” > Choose your account and enter your corporate email.

  3. You will be forwarded to the correct login screen and need to fill out the relevant information.

You will no longer be able to log in with your old login data you created with Moss.
