What is biometric login in the app?

Biometric login involves confirming the user's identity using biometrics, such as their physical characteristics like fingerprint or facial recognition. This system is increasingly used both in device logins and services due to its high level of security—no one but you will have access to your account.

Simply place your finger on the phone's fingerprint reader or use Face ID and you're all set!

Log into the Moss web app with biometric (FaceID/Fingerprint)

Moss mobile app allows you to log into the Moss web app using Face ID or Fingerprint! Biometric technology can replace other forms of identity confirmation, so you don't have to remember your PIN or password.

Enable biometric login in the Moss app

1. Log in to the Moss app. Go to the “Profile” tab and then to “Login and security”.

2. Change the login method to biometric.

3. Confirm the change with your current PIN code.

4. Scan your biometric data, either your fingerprint or face, to activate the new login method.

5. The change in the login and authorization method has been confirmed.

6. Next time, you will log into the Moss app using biometrics.
