Q: What happens if I lose my trusted mobile device or it gets stolen?


If you have lost your trusted device or had it stolen, please contact Moss support at support@getmoss.com immediately to block and deactivate your Moss account on your lost device. Delaying this action could result in unauthorized access to your account and potential security breaches
