Q: What happens if I forgot my unique passcode?


If you forget your unique passcode and try to log in with an incorrect passcode too many times, then you will be blocked and the device will reset. If you try to activate again, you will receive information that your account is blocked.

Please contact Moss customer support to unblock your mobile device. Once unblocked, you can activate your mobile device again and set-up a new passcode.
