Who can use the Moss mobile app?


Any Moss user can use our Moss mobile app on their phone - perfect for occasions on the go!

Normal users that do not use the SSO login method, need to enable their app in a different way - click here.

Please put in your phone number into your Moss profile. Without your phone number, you won't be able to use the Moss App as a SSO user.

Your phone number can be added up until 180 days after initial registration.

How can SSO user use the Moss mobile app and set their device as a trusted device


  1. Log in to your account on getmoss.com in the web browser

  2. Select the “mobile app” button in the side navigation to start the Moss mobile app configuration process

  3. First, you have set your mobile device as a trusted device. To do this you need to download the Moss mobile app for iOS or Android.

  4. In the web browser, you need to generate an SMS activation code that will be sent to your phone number.

  5. Now open up the Moss app on your phone and click on “Continue with SSO” on the login page.

  6. Enter your email and the activation code that has been sent to you in an SMS. A verification code will be sent to your email.

  7. Open up your emails, get the verification code and enter it into the Moss app.

  8. Now you need to set a passcode with which you will be able to access your own Moss app in the future.
