You can also set up automatic forwarding for invoices and receipts when your organisation uses Gmail.

When multiple entities use one inbox you can create your own forwarding rules based on the type of email/ who it is from, entity name in subject or anything else that would be applicable to your setup. See this Google article on how to create rules to filter your emails.

Once configured in the Gmail setting, you would need to receive a verification code from the address where you plan to forward your emails in this case:receipts+{{organisation-name}}@getmoss.com and invoices+{{organisation-name}}@getmoss.com

Moss will forward the verification code directly to you.

Once approved, Gmail forwarding will then forward receipt and invoices emails by default. You can also create rules to filter in Gmail to only forward emails with attachments from specific domains (e.g. Facebook, Amazon, Uber, etc.)
