Q: I have a redundant physical card. What can I do?

You can simply solve this issue in two steps:

  1. Terminate the redundant physical card in the webapp or the mobile app. This ensures that the card cannot be used for fraud after disposal.

    • Webapp: You can terminate the card by going to "Cards" > select a card > click on the 3 dots > "Terminate card".

    • Mobile app: Go to "Home" > "Cards" > select the card you want to terminate. Click on the three dots in the top right corner > "Terminate card"

  2. Dispose the redundant physical card by cutting through the card chip.
