Who can replace a physical card


Only Admins are able to reorder a physical card.

How to replace a physical card


If you are not an Admin, get in touch with someone who is an Admin on the Moss platform.

  1. Navigating to 'Cards'

  2. Select a physical card

  3. Click on the triple dot menu

  4. Choose 'Reorder card' > Select a reason > Confirm the shipping address.

Please note that this terminates the old card immediately.

What happens with the digital wallet tokens if you reorder your card because it is broken?

No. We keep the digital wallets as active even if card is terminated in this case. Keeping digital wallet provides option to customer to use that card digitally.
