Shipping of physical cards

In this article we discover how you can track the card delivery status of your physical Moss card.

If you urgently need to make payments offline we recommend creating a virtual card and adding it to your Wallet directly on Apple Pay or Google Pay.

When you order a physical card from us, please keep in mind the following delivery details:

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    Your card is shipped from the UK and can take up to 3 weeks to reach you if you are outside of UK. If the card doesn't arrive after 4 weeks, consider reordering it by reaching out to customer support.

  • Shipping Status Tracking:
    We currently do not offer the option to track the shipping status of your card. We appreciate your patience while your card is in transit.

  • Shipping Address Changes:
    Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to change the shipping address. Please ensure your address details are correct at the time of ordering to avoid any delivery issues.

    • Before the Order is Processed: Contact an administrator responsible for your Moss account to update the shipping details.

    • After the Order is Processed: It is generally not possible to change the address. Instead, consider cancelling the order and placing a new one with the correct address or manually arranging the transfer of the card from the delivered location. Please ensure your address details are accurate at the time of ordering to prevent any delivery issues.
