Is the shipment address correct?
How to check the shipment address:
The card's shipment address is documented in the card details if you click on the card in the (web)app.
If the shipment address is not correct:
Admins can change the company's shipment address in the settings. Once the shipment address has been updated, you can go to "Cards" > select the card that did not arrive > click on the 3 dots > and finally click on "reorder card".
If the shipment address is correct:
This seems unusual. Please reach out to us (support@getmoss.com) with the following details:
Subject: "I ordered a physical card, but it did not arrive within the promised delivery dates. What can I do?"
