Q: My company has SSO enabled, but I can’t log in.

If you have tried to log in with your old credentials, please use your current corporate credentials and log in via SSO. Once SSO is enabled, previous login details can no longer be used. Organizations using SSO do not require a Moss-specific password. Instead, login credentials are managed by the organization's IT department.

If you face any login issues, such as forgotten credentials or authentication errors, it is recommended to contact your IT team for assistance. Additionally, some organizations might use email and password instead of SSO. If unsure about your setup, consult with your IT team or Moss support.
