Q: What happens if I don't receive SMS with OTP code?
If you don't receive the SMS with the OTP code, please follow the steps below:
Check to which phone number the code has been sent. The code will be sent to the phone number that you are using for Moss.
Make sure that you are not in roaming mode. If you are, turn off the roaming mode and try again.
Ensure that you can receive SMS messages from other sources. If you are unable to receive SMS from other sources, contact your service provider.
If you are able to receive SMS from other sources, click on the "Restart process" button to try again. This will resend the SMS with the OTP code.
If you are still unable to receive the SMS after three attempts, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
