The terms and conditions for setting up direct integration with DATEV Accounting must be signed electronically with DATEV access.
If no authorised signatory in the company has DATEV access with either SmartLogin or SmartCard, follow these instructions to set up access and then have the contracts signed by the newly created user.
If this is already the case, you can go straight to the next article in the guide.

In the next step, you will probably need to authorise yourself with a DATEV SmartCard or SmartLogin.
A new user must now be created for the SmartLogin. To do this, click on Create.
Enter your first and last name and any other information you need about the user and scroll down.
Enter an email address for the contact, select Create account and click Create personal details.
Take over the data.
Click Order directly to order SmartLogin for the new user.
Accept the terms and conditions and click Send order.
You will now see the confirmation page and can set up SmartLogin with the user in the next step in order to sign the contracts.
To set up SmartLogin for the user, they must first download and install the SmartLogin app on their mobile phone.
