Who can change the card status
Any user that owns their own cards can change the card status for them.
Blocking cards can only be done by admins.
How to change the card status
Freeze/Unfreeze
Only the cardholder themselves can freeze or unfreeze your card anytime if you are not using it right now.
Go to "Cards"
Select a card that you want to freeze/unfreeze
Click on "Freeze"/"Unfreeze"
Note that physical cards cannot be frozen
Block/Unblock
Cards can only be blocked by Admins or by a Missing Receipts Policy. This can be done if you want to make it impossible for a user to use the card for a certain amount of time without terminating it.
Go to "Cards"
Select a card that you want to block
Click on "Block"/"Unblock"
Leave a message for the card holder why you blocked the card
Terminate
The termination of a card cannot be reversed, not even by an admin.
Go to "Cards"
Select a card that you want to terminate
Click on the three dots at the top right
"Terminate card"
