Who can replace a physical card
Only Admins are able to reorder a physical card.
How to replace a physical card
If you are not an Admin, get in touch with someone who is an Admin on the Moss platform.
Navigating to 'Cards'
Select a physical card
Click on the triple dot menu
Choose 'Reorder card' > Select a reason > Confirm the shipping address.
Please note that this terminates the old card immediately.
