Who can attach a receipt to a card transaction?


Any Moss cardholder is able to attach a receipt to a card transaction.

How to attach a receipt to a card transaction


When making a purchase with one of your Moss cards always remember to take the receipt with you!

Our easiest solution is our “Send to Moss” feature, where you can forward receipts from any App on your phone to the Moss app.

Our most automatic solution is our “Receipt Finder” which will automatically scan your emails for any missing receipts and forward them to Moss automatically.

Manually attach receipts on the website:

  1. Login into to Moss > "Cards" > "Transactions"

  2. Select the transaction which is missing a receipt and click on Upload receipt.

    You are also able to drag and drop the receipts into the field to attach them.

  3. That is all you have to do, your receipt is now attached to the transaction.

Manually attach a receipt in the mobile App:

  1. Open the Moss Mobile App and log in

  2. Go to “My Tasks” > “Receipts”

  3. Select the transaction that you want to attach a receipt to.

    Click on “Upload receipt”. Select how you want to upload the receipt:

    1. Click on “Camera” to take a picture

    2. Select “Photo library” to choose a picture from your library

    3. Click on “Files” to search your files for the receipt and attach it.

  4. After using one of the above methods to attach your receipt, your task has been resolved.
